Helping Malaysian Teams Build Better Digital Habits
We believe digital change works best when it fits the pace and culture of the organisation going through it. Eonmark was founded to provide that kind of advisory — considered, transparent, and free from vendor bias.
Back to HomeFounded Around a Practical Question
Eonmark grew from conversations with operators running mid-sized Malaysian businesses — people who could see that digital tools were changing how their industries worked, but who had no neutral party to help them decide what to actually do about it. Every vendor had a product to sell. Every consultant arrived with a methodology already decided.
We started with the view that the most useful thing an advisory firm could offer was structured thinking, not pre-packaged answers. So we built a practice around three tightly scoped engagements, each producing written outputs your team keeps — and each designed to leave you in a better position to make your own informed decisions.
Based in Kuala Lumpur at Menara Maxis, KLCC, we work with businesses across Malaysia, from Peninsular operations to teams managing distributed work across multiple sites.
Orderly Change, at the Right Speed
Our mission is to help organisations modernise their digital tools and working practices in a way that is durable — meaning it holds up after the advisory relationship ends. That means being honest about what is a sensible next step and what is not yet worth doing.
We do not take referral fees from software vendors. We do not produce recommendations designed to extend a billing relationship. Engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-fee, and we are clear from the first conversation about what each one includes and does not include.

People Who Work on the Engagement
Eonmark is a small, senior-led practice. The people you meet at the start of an engagement are the ones who do the work.
Razif Halim
Principal Advisor
Razif has spent fifteen years working with operations-heavy companies on how they structure digital tools and information flows. He leads Readiness Reviews and all Foundations engagements.
Siti Lim
Process & Tools Specialist
Siti focuses on how people actually adopt tools in day-to-day work — not just what the software is capable of. She leads Tools & Process Advisory engagements and handles session documentation.
Arjun Krishnan
Data Practices Lead
Arjun works on the data and documentation elements of the Foundations Programme — helping teams establish sustainable data practices and maintain their own records without external dependency.
Standards We Hold to in Every Engagement
Fixed Scope in Writing
Every engagement begins with a written scope document. Both parties agree what is included before work starts. There are no verbal understandings or scope expansions mid-engagement.
Client Data Handled Carefully
Any information you share — about your tools, team structure, or operations — is held in confidence and used only within the scope of your engagement. Nothing is shared externally.
No Vendor Incentives
Eonmark holds no formal relationships with software vendors and earns no commissions or referral fees of any kind. Recommendations reflect what we believe suits your situation.
Documented Outputs Only
We do not deliver verbal summaries. Every session produces written material. You own all outputs — notes, outlines, playbooks — and can act on them with or without our involvement.
Senior-Led Delivery
We do not assign junior staff to active engagements. The same people you discuss scope with are the ones who conduct sessions and prepare the outputs.
Open to Questions Throughout
Clients are welcome to raise questions between sessions via email. We keep a brief log of all queries and address them either directly or in the following session, depending on complexity.
Digital Advisory That Fits the Malaysian Business Context
Most digital advisory work arrives packaged around frameworks developed for large enterprises in different markets. The tools, the vocabulary, and the assumed level of existing digital maturity rarely map onto a family-founded Malaysian business with thirty staff, a mix of WhatsApp-based coordination, and one person who handles both IT and accounts.
Eonmark works specifically within the realities of small and mid-sized Malaysian companies. We understand the role of personal relationships in business decisions here, the practical constraints on time and attention that come with lean teams, and the genuine value of introducing change gradually rather than all at once.
Our three services — the Digital Readiness Review, the Tools & Process Advisory, and the Digital Foundations Programme — are structured to be useful at different stages of an organisation's modernisation. Some clients begin with the Review and take it no further. Others move through all three over several years. Both paths make sense depending on where the organisation is and what it needs.
We operate from Menara Maxis in the KLCC district and serve clients across Kuala Lumpur, the Klang Valley, and other parts of Malaysia by video session. Engagements are conducted in English and can incorporate Bahasa Malaysia where that suits the team.
